The Waldeck Strandbad jetty is the main jetty of the Edersee passenger boat service!



"A lake trip is fun!" on the ultra-modern passenger ships "Stern von Waldeck" and "Edersee Star" of the Edersee passenger boat service.


Depending on the water level, you can travel the entire length of the Edersee. But the charm of this lake landscape can also be enjoyed on a shorter trip. Lunch, coffee and cake are offered on both ships.

How to get there You can reach Waldeck-West from Scheid and from Edertal-Hemfurth (dam wall) on the Ederseerandstraße. The main office of the Edersee passenger shipping company and the Waldeck-Strandbad jetty are located in the middle of the lake. Parking Parking lot (car + bus*) Waldeck Strandbad. This parking lot is subject to a charge for cars. A daily rate (cash) can be drawn. The parking ticket is then valid in all other chargeable locations in the municipality of Edertal and the town of Waldeck!
